I have to admit that, as a long time PayPal user, their Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy have always been a bit of a mystery to me. Like any documents of this type, they are written by lawyers with no expectation of understanding from the average person.
I am also a user of the $7 script and have heard about the problems that others have had. It has been very frustrating to figure out what to do to be compliant and avoid any problems that would result in the process.
